We compelled the company’s directors to produce its records, briefed a forensic accountant to establish what had occurred, and ran a year of contested proceedings to protect our client’s position and the value of the company itself.

A departing senior employee set out to launch a competitor built on the company’s supply chain, products and know-how. We moved quickly to stop the competing conduct and protect our client’s confidential information — keeping a rival, armed with the client’s own playbook, out of the market.
Urgent freezing order
A business owner’s accounts and operations were frozen by Supreme Court order after a large payment landed in his account by mistake. We acted urgently to have his operating account released, manage the return of the funds, and limit his exposure to the other side’s costs — getting him back to trading with the least possible disruption.
